Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Traffic Smash (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Traffic Smash simulates realistic user engagement signals to your target page for a selected campaign duration (1 day, 3 days, or 7 days). The goal is to accelerate testing in search results by concentrating authentic‑looking behavior patterns. We do not guarantee top rankings, traffic, or revenue.

3. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

  • Your website must have Domain Authority (DA) ≥ 30 (per Ahrefs) and rank in positions 1–100 for at least one provided keyword.
  • You must provide 1–3 keywords and a valid canonical target URL.
  • You agree not to engage in other manipulative tactics that could confound measurement during the campaign period.

4. Campaign Window and Measurement

“Campaign duration” means the plan you purchased (1, 3, or 7 days). The guarantee measurement window is the campaign duration plus 2 calendar days. Ranking movement is evaluated using reputable SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush) or our internal tracking where available.

5. Money‑Back Guarantee

  • If your target page does not move to a better ranking position for any provided keyword within the campaign duration plus 2 days, we will refund your purchase.
  • “Move” or “positive movement” means any improvement to a lower numeric position (e.g., position 32 → 29). Any positive movement in the window disqualifies a refund.
  • You must meet all eligibility requirements and submit a claim within 7 days of the window ending.

6. Refunds and Non‑Refundable Cases

  • No refunds are issued if there is any positive ranking movement for any provided keyword within the campaign duration plus 2 days.
  • No refunds if eligibility requirements are not met or if restricted content is submitted.
  • No refunds for accounts that engage in conflicting manipulative tactics during the campaign period plus 2 days.
  • No refunds for outages, indexing delays, or search volatility beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Content

We may refuse or terminate campaigns involving illegal content, hate, harassment, exploitation, or other categories at our discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected abuse, policy violations, fraud, or risk to the platform or customers. We may cancel any campaign and issue a refund at our discretion where appropriate.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic Smash and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from or related to the use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traffic Smash from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

12. Payments, Billing, and Chargebacks

  • You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the purchased plan.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
  • All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment services is subject to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state of the service operator, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
